Regarding the HIP backend #75

When using the HIP backend, the notebook will prompt a kernel error, but the same code and dependencies run fine on a desktop computer.

The GPU of the notebook is 3050 Laptop, and the GPU of the desktop is 3070 Ti.

Addendum: Configuration 1 can run, Configuration 2 prompts kernel error.
