Fix compilation errors on mingw #5

I made a few fixes to make RenderPipelineShaders compile on Mingw. Before it only worked on MSVC :)

Thank you for reporting this. Due to our software release process we cannot directly accept PRs on GitHub but we nevertheless fixed this issue in a similar way in the update we just released.
