Submodule catchorg/Catch2 points to devel (v3.x) by default #6

Latest Catch2 is no longer a single header, this is their default branch (devel) - taken during submodule init, where RPS wants Catch2 as a single header - available in v2.x branch.

Please put a note regarding this in a "Submodule dependencies" section, that you have to git-switch Catch2 submodule to "v2.x" branch.

Hi, currently the submodule is expected to be at tag v2.13.8 by default.
