We strongly recommend using git-lfs as this avoids detail errors and additional overhead for handling binary files. If you nevertheless have reasons to not use it, you can try downlading the binary files in this repository manually via the download feature in github. After this you will just have to place them in their respective subdirectory. Generally, since this is only happening in a fork this seems like an issue outside of our control.
