Last version with Win7/Win8 support? #301

Hi, the current version of Compressonator CLI has dependency on d3d12.dll, so it can't be used on Windows 7 and 8. What was the last Compressonator version which had support for these Windows versions?

@vergol Have you tried any other versions? I believe version 4.3 should work with Windows 7, but I've never tested it myself. It's also possible that v4.4 would work.
