add background colour setting #34

Is it possible to have an option for your own background colour? e.g. goes to another window with the RGB sliders or something similar.

using this mobile-friendly, zero-dependency colour picker react-colorful so users can pick from any colour in addition to sensible preset colours.

This comment is a note to myself. I have a bad memory, cannot remember, must write down.

Disable the sky box and set the background color alpha to 0 and any HTML elements behind the Cesium canvas will be visible. https://community.cesium.com/t/how-can-i-use-a-static-image-as-a-backdrop-image/5786

@yiyanw the background colour settings look great. Can you put the "background settings" into a subpage? the same as "animation settings". Thank. After that, I think we can close this issue.

And can you please change "pure color background" to "Single Colour Background"?
