Latex aanpassing #55

In het deel over LaTeX stond de link naar uitleg over presentaties maken in LaTeX redelijk verborgen. Een opdracht over een korte presentatie maken in LaTeX zou ook handig zijn (ofwel een vermelding naar de kleine opdrachtjes aanwezig in de pdf).

@YarnoDJ2409 Thank you for this PR! However, at the moment, something caused changes in 39 files across more than 2000 lines of code which makes it hard to review this PR.

Can you look at this PR by @MatticeCriel and make another PR that supersedes this one? You can ask him for help if you can't get it to work.
