LaTeX introduction link does not work. I've provided an "old" one from Zeus WPI.
Added link to @dariatols.
Mention that the build of the Docker image will take some time, preventing panicking students claiming the container does not work 🙂.

Since we want the bachelor students to use Overleaf, an alternative option to the Zeus WPI LaTeX guide is Overleaf's own Introduction to LaTeX. This also covers everything from typesetting documents and equations to making presentations etc. Or maybe we can provide both, since the Zeus guide is in Dutch, while the Overleaf Introduction is in English.
