Australian timezone is off an hour #327

Description of the bug

Australian timezone seems to be out of sync to the others by an hour. Not sure if any other time zones are affected. Is something not syncing with daylight savings correctly, perhaps?

To reproduce

  1. schedule something in a non-Australian timezone, eg. London
  2. switch timezones to Australia/Melbourne
  3. see that time is not correctly lined up to previous timezone

So it turns out that Crab Fit is smarter than I am, and that since I was scheduling for after April 7, it was accounting for the fact that Australia's Daylight Saving Time will have ended.
