Adding destination street names to the link Highways in Singapore #113

Objective: Grab team has mapped multiple such attributes in the past and this time we are going through validating the Street Names for highway Links in Singapore

Regions we are reviewing/mapping: Singapore

Workflow: We'll be mapping the destination street names for links using KartaImage View (ref: https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Highway_link)

Validation: We'll be following the validation guidelines mentioned in our wiki: https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Highway_link#Tagging

We have completed this project, please reach out to us if you have any questions. Through this, we have added 346 destination street names to the highways. Closing this as there are no next actions.
