Thailand - Adding Missing Gates with Access Tag

Objective: Add missing roads to improve routing quality in Bangkok and its surroundings.

Workflow:

• Adding a barrier=gate on the intersection of a physical gate and highway.
• Add access tag based on the local knowledge and survey.
