GeoStar Community Mapping Accessibility Ramp

[GRABOSM]

Objective: The goal is to improve the taggings to the road related to routing guidance. We'll be reviewing and mapping missing taggings to the road and including information such as ramps, and tactile pavings on areas like overhead bridges & taxi stands.

Regions we are reviewing/mapping: Starting with the following city [cities]:

• Singapore

Workflow: We'll be following OSM (https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:tactile_paving) global and local policies, along with any other guidelines as appropriate. Apart from the tags that refer to tactile_paving, in some specific situations, we will also use:

• Key:ramp on the OSM way, to indicate that there is a existing ramp, as described here: https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:ramp
• Key:wheelchair on the OSM way, for existing information, where there are available routes for wheelchair personnel (https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:wheelchair)

On motorways, in the absence of designated turn lane markings, we will add the tags based on the information provided by the signpost, situated before or at the motorway_junction.
