Fixing incorrect edits in Singapore #36

Objective: Recently the data team came across malicious edits from few mappers in Singapore. We have reported them to DWG and are now going ahead and correcting those edits on OpenStreetMap. Since there over 500+ such edits, it was difficult for us to drop a changeset comment on each of the changesets, thus opening this ticket as a reference and for further conversations, suggestions and feedback related to this process.

Context: Below is the split of the incorrect edits found:

The tags that have been used are based on the policies and convention mentioned in the OpenStreetMap wiki.

Note: Edits which are proven to be wrong as per the resources will be corrected

Cities/region we are reviewing/mapping:

Workflow: The team will be correcting these edits based on ground truthing, referring to available resources such as OpenStreetCam, Mapillary and satellite imagery
