OAuth flow as part of API authorization #137

After migrating the OAuth flow to the data partner, instead of the user. This now contains the new flow.

@bartj3 I miss a couple of code blobs to demonstrate the calls and the popup window shown to the data partner when they request the user to login. I'm unsure if we kept this login procedure for data partners to use or that we want users to login the GRESB Portal UI to authorize the OAuth application.

Reverted the OAuth section and altered it slightly to make it fit with the data partner concept.

@bartj3 can you do a sanity check if I didn't overlook anything?
