Change in property type code for Medical Offices #157

Change of property type Office: Medical Office to Healthcare: Medical Office. For which the property_type_code = HEMO.

Ensure that https://portal.gresb.com/about/lists Office: Medical Office | OFMO is deprecated and the list instead includes HEMO.

As a result, validation should no longer accept OFMO, but HEMO instead.

Also, make sure you cannot submit higher-level types of classifications, such as OF0
