cyme2dss omitting NumCust field #39

Cyme2DSS script is omitting the number of customers for DistributedLoad objects

In Cyme this appears as <NumberOfCustomer>11.000000</NumberOfCustomer>

In OpenDSS output, this should be written as new load. [...] numcust=11
