Moved DER, Meas, houses and converters folder from Powergrid-Models to CIMHub repo with git commit history.

After merging and pulling, a few info messages appeared below. Should these files be under Git LFS?

Yes, I moved the files with Git LFS initialized. So I think they should be moved correctly with history. I checked and they look okay to me.
