@tonya1 : I am getting this error:

Pulling blazegraph (gridappsd/blazegraph/seto:)...
ERROR: pull access denied for gridappsd/blazegraph/seto, repository does not exist or may require 'docker login': denied: requested access to the resource is denied

@tonya1 , nevermind! I had a typo in docker-compose.

Need to update PYTHONPATH for insertMeasurements and insertHouses script while building blazegraph container.
Make sure those scripts are using blazegraph URL and not localhost
