Modified functions in DetectionSystemGriffin and removed unused ones. #54

I removed redundant functions from DetectionSystemGriffin and turned them into a single function with multiple arguments instead. ConstructNewSuppressorCasingJustShells was also removed as it will never be used.

I also removed a bunch of old commented out code with relation to SensitiveDetector.
