The SensitiveDetector was only used in SPICE and S3 for "historical reasons".

I disabled it for SPICE, (next thing for the S3)
Fixed a naming bug
Filled the Tree for the first time, I still need to check one or two things to make sure everything is ok
From now on the convention for counting sector/ring in the spice project start from "0"
