Kinematic Effects #85

Whenever an electron or positron is emitted, you can now choose to simulate kinematic effects (i.e. shifting of energy due to relativistic speeds of ions). The readme has been updated to include the new commands.

The SPICE root tree now includes original phi, theta & energy of particle when emitted.

There shouldn't be any conflicts with Mhd's pull request, but do his first then we'll see.

Doesn't seem to collide with #82, but let's give @r3dunlop a chance to resolve the related #84 first. Thanks for staying so on top of the readmes, that is awesome!
