Number of HPGe #19

Need options for 11 and 15 HPGe to also account for when PACES is installed.

this is simple enough from the web side, but we don't have fit parameters for the efficiency curves in this case (ie, the n=8, 12 and 16 clover cases were all independently fit, they aren't just scaled by n/16 from the full array).
