Are you expecting these changes to be complete by the end of the month? or are

The JavaScript SDK has been updated and released over a month ago. The deadline 
for OAuth 2.0 integration using the updated JS SDK is in just over a month. 
From what I've seen regarding the changes, the existing source could be hacked 
to accomodate the changes posed by the OAuth 2.0 migration.

Is it worth hacking, or will the updated ActionScript API be available soon so 
we may update our apps in the wild?

Looks like it has been implemented in release 1.7,
but there are some glitches (#349, #351)
