Tasks `/api/sales`

GET

[ ] [api/sales/id] GetSale(Guid saleId)
[ ] [api/sales] GetAllSales() (Only for Admins)

POST

[ ] [api/sales] AddSale(Guid bidId, int tickets) (trigged by auction ending)

PUT

[ ] [api/sales/id] UpdateSale(Guid saleId) (To update Payment info/status)
