Include task queue tests in CI workflow #52

As of https://github.com/GSA-TTS/10x-nad-ch/pull/51, the test suite in tests/infrastructure/test_task_queue.py cannot be executed successfully by the GitHub Actions runner. It would be good to have these tests included in the CI workflow.
