Removes second subagency from the DAP script URL's query parameters. It's not clear from the DAP docs that this is an issue, but I haven't seen any other examples of this param including a comma-separated value and I wonder if it's causing our events to be logged to the wrong place. I have seen other TTS sites using subagency=TTS and assume that's a valid configuration.
