As per @sambodeme and this helpdesk ticket, users are getting errors because they are copy/pasting data into cells that are associated with formulas/validations. This usually happens when users are updating previously filled cells or when they copy-paste without selecting the the Paste Value option.
This information should be incorporated as guidance in the workbook instructions in accordance with the FAC voice & tone guide.
