This PR adds the May update to the Updates from the FAC page based on the May AdComm presentation and moves the previous one to the archive page.

The May update looks great--no issues! This may not be at all necessary, but I noticed myself tripping on the very first sentence of the Updates page:

"To help you understand our work through the transition, we’ll provide regular updates that talk about the work we’re doing and what’s next."

Would something like this work in terms of clarity? It could just be me, so no biggie.

"To keep everyone in the loop during this transition, we'll provide regular updates about our ongoing work and what's coming up next."
