As a federal user who needs to sign in to view protected data in the FAC database, I want to be taken back to the search home screen after I sign in, so that it's clear to me that I've signed in to the correct site and can continue on to use search.
Currently: When a user selects the Sign-in button in the upper right hand corner of the search home screen, it then takes them to the submission home screen after they sign in. They then have to navigate back to search through the top navigation. Our search users often aren't familiar with the submission workflow and have different goals for using our site, so being taken to submission can be confusing.
We want to update this so that if a user signs in from the search home screen, they are taken back to the search home screen after signing in.
