"Air Force is preparing to issue a Notice of Proposed Rule Making. We would like to know how to get permission/access to Regulations.gov; How Regulations.com works and ties into parallel Federal Register notice,; and and related issues."

Tobias advised including DoD Representative, as USAF is sub-agency to DoD, already a Participating member.

Sent introductory email 7/25/2024 to jack.bush@us.af.mil, copied DoD ESC member (Joo Chung) and AB member (Patricia Toppings).

DoD emailed USAF, provided guidance on DoD rulemaking processes. USAF responded that they would reach out to DoD when they were ready to push notices to the Federal Register and receive comments. Closing ticket.
