Zoom meeting scheduled for Thurs, Aug 8th 9am for eRule Docket Services to explain support available to CDC.
Meeting successful. CDC will take Docket Services information to Leadership for consideration. May request separate SLAs for various sub-agencies requiring additional support and distinct performance criteria.
Yvonne Walker (CDC) learned about Docket Services during a FDMS training. Heidi Griffith shared my contact for follow-up. I sent email 7/25/2025:
Good afternoon Yvonne:
The eRulemaking Docket Center is a supplemental (optional) component of the eRulemaking program. The mission is to provide client data and comments processing services that foster efficiency, product quality, and customer service excellence, while also realizing cost savings through efficiencies of scale across multiple agencies. The Docket Center team is a separate contract from the Program level shared IT services that Partner agencies fund annually. The fee for Docket Services support is derived from anticipated volume of rulemaking actions on an annual basis (if requested for long term support) or for specific short-term periods where surge support is desired. This data will assist in generating a cost/fee for contract support. PMO will work with you to establish the level of service standards and performance metrics that your organization requires to support your comments processing actions within FDMS. These standards, metrics and other terms of agreement will be formalized in a service level agreement that becomes a part of the Inter-Agency Agreement (IAA) for Docket Services.
Please let me know if you need any additional information or discussions.
