U.S. Committee on the Marine Transportation System (CMTS) request FDMS access under DOT

FDMS Helpdesk forwarded a request from the U.S. Committee on the Marine Transportation System (CMTS) to process comments. "Good morning,

The U.S. Committee on the Marine Transportation System (CMTS) would like to be added as a participating agency to regulations.gov. The CMTS is an independent interagency coordinating body and publishes in the Federal Register independently. The CMTS is administratively housed under the Maritime Administration and uses Department of Transportation Office of the Secretary (OST) docket numbers. OST has agreed to cover the fees for CMTS associated with receiving public comment on regulations.gov. The CMTS recently published a Request for Information in the Federal Register and the document was lost when an attempt was made to place it under CMTS in FDMS, since CMTS does not currently exist in FDMS. The problem has since been resolved. However, in order to prevent this form happening again we would like to have the CMTS added to the system.

Please let me know what information is required to add the CMTS.
