CFPB Request to initiate FY25 IAA #116

I drafted the MOA and emailed to CFPB, copied BizOps & Kelvin Funches. Shelley responded to reference an agreement to use a universal "template". Requested that any further MOAs be ON HOLD until we meet and come to an agreement. Shelley also requested that the office (BizOps) be referenced instead of mentioning a specific POC. Also informed that Sean Salyer sean.salyer@gsa.gov be copied on all eRulemaking IAA correspondence. Per BizOps (Shelley Goss), The lawyers who review OROS materials are Caroline Beleson and Nabeel Gadit.

Provided a new generic Statement of Work (SOW) document to replace individual agency-specific MOAs to BizOps, OROS VMO and Legal for review/approval 4/15/2024.
