For fielding agency requests, look into using Zendesk tickets (can we make a specific label or ticket type) for users to submit their requests
We could look into Zendesk <> Github integrations - might be ways we can filter these tickets directly into Github to review/visualize
If we wanted to refrain from handling each request as a ticket in Github, we could also create a space in the Wiki to log these requests. Could be something like an "Agency request log" - make a new entry for each request, describe how we'd approach it (i.e. focus on the problem instead of the specific solution) and respond with the current status - i.e. considering/needs investigating, on the roadmap, for future, etc.
