Draft for eR FY25 IAA notice to customers. BizOps, eR and VMO met to review and complete the draft for email to be used for FY25 and future FYs.

During meeting (8/29/2024), Tobias suggested creating org_box for eR Budget POCs that Shelley communicates with throughout IAA process. I have task for action.

Corrected Service Now request to remove "shared mailbox" to a Google group. ER_Budget_IAA Google Group successfully created 9/11/2024.

Compiling recipient list from BizOps FY25 eR IAAs spreadsheet. List is predominantly names only. Several names and email addresses missing eR master ESC spreadsheet.

Correction - Shared org box should be a Google Group. Service Now ticket submitted to request shared mailbox be deleted/converted a Google group. Completed. Link to Google Group

Received some POCs from BizOps. Created Financial/Budget POC List spreadsheet. Emailed eR FY25 IAA Kickoff notice and eR FY25 SOW to Google Group. Reconciling feedback from recipients for correct POCs.
