FOIA request for information regarding, "Seeking the list of email addresses of those that subscribed to docket EPA-HQ-OPP-2020-0120." We believe the information resides on the regulations.gov website.

Before I assigned it to you, I sent a clarification request. Originally, the requester just stated "information" and they clarified by stating "We are seeking the list of email addresses of those that subscribed to this docket. Thank you.

  1. Sent email to FDMS Helpdesk.
  2. Email received from FDMS Helpdesk for new Case #00036554 assigned.
  3. Folder link provided to FDMS Helpdesk to drop documents.
  4. Helpdesk pulled the requested data, populated into spreadsheet and dropped into folder.
  5. Email received that Case #00036554 closed.
  6. Responded to FOIA team email, attached original document and data requested (email addresses) to Donny Kwan and TTS Controlled Correspondence org box Wed 5/29/2024 at 2:40pm.
  7. Email acknowledgement received from Donny Kwan at 2.53pm.
