BizOps (Shelley Goss) provided the new process for requesting/providing IAAs to TTS customers:
SUMMARY: Your program office retains the responsibility to determine your Inter-Agency Agreement needs, but after needs are determined, you will come to Business Operations (BusOps) to fulfill them.
eRule will need to determine what the Program needs
eRule will contact/submit a request to BusOps POC (Shelley Goss), specifying (for example):
Please create an IAA with X organization
for X dollars
for X POP/dates
to be paid for out of X funds
HISTORY: Holly Douglas and Shelley Goss had previously determined the list of participating agencies and values for each IAA within our given programs, drafted those IAAs, reached out to those agencies with the IAAs, and secured the signatures. But this will also now be a split role.
eRule will determine the list of Partner (participating) agencies and values of their IAAs
eRule will provide that list to BusOps
BusOps will then create the IAAs
BusOps will work together with OROS Lead (presumably with Kelvin) to reach out to the agencies to secure the signatures
