These are some things I'd want to know from my PM as a new designer to a phase 4 team:

Past

• Provide project context and background: How'd we get from Fines & Fees to Forms Platform?
• Share who's who:
  • Stakeholder map / lay of the land
  • Staffing and roles: who’s who, who’s incoming?
  • Users / personas

Present

• Walkthrough of the board and current working norms/ceremonies for the team
• Walkthrough of current tech / demo
• Walkthrough of roadmap and where we are (do we have that?)
• Current and remaining scope for phase 4 (DOJ Pardon Office)

Future

• Exit strategies after phase 4
• Plant seeds for next design ticket, tasks, things to think about, etc.
