Add HTTP proxy, basic auth, minor parser improvements #8

Adds a nginx front-end, so that we're actually speaking HTTP with the cf drain. Includes HTTP basic auth front end.

Small changes to parsers:

removed http_headers, because the front-end proxy strips those out (which is fine)
extracts the part of the log message that is neither "tags" nor "gauge" into "remainder"
tries to pull a json object out of that remainder (rough experiment)
