USWDS guidance includes the site’s parent agency and the required links in one component.

Consider broader needs for agency identification (HTML page title, metadata for site information, user-facing agency identification, favicon).

The word "identifier" has other meanings in the web context. Can we be more explicit here if we mean agency name or agency logo?
