User provides feedback on helpfulness of a specific page of content
Implementation-agnostic (i.e., can use whatever tool (for example touchpoint, etc) they prefer) spec for the question or questions to be asked, the placement on the page, the look and feel, frequency of appearance, data format for collected data
Bottom-of-page, pre-footer element where members of the public offer page-level feedback. Commonality on collecting page-level feedback will allow users to easily submit input on any government website. We propose to focus first on a component allowing users to submit feedback on website content, and consider additional types of feedback (i.e., on accessibility or security) for later iterations as opposed to this pilot period. This will grant agencies access to additional customer satisfaction data to prioritize how to improve experiences on government websites.
There is a lot of variation among implementations.
