Content alignment

We need to work on some content strategy with Digital.gov and USWDS to align our individual pieces on standards so that the content can all be in one place. Some items we need to align on are as follows:

• Maturity Model
• GSA 21st Century Checklist on Digital.gov + other 21st C content on DG
• Current standards page
• Required Links on DG and on USWDS
