Added tags to the three standards. Tags include

@cannandev Yes, I think we can remove the "Status" field from the full standard page. I'd like to include the tags on the full standard page though. I'm wondering if we should just include the tags at the bottom and remove the "Status" and "Page flow section" fields from the full standard page. What do you think of that?
