Talked with @MeganReedGSA: Going to watch and see how things go with TTS use of Salesforce (for Opportunity Tracker + Customer Relationship Management (OT-CRM)) and ServiceNow (https://github.com/18F/tts-tech-portfolio/issues/1300) to see if either would be a good option to build out a more robust/unified acquisitions workflow.
That may also be a good time to bring together the various overlapping/intersecting processes listed in https://github.com/18F/tts-tech-portfolio/issues/1301#issuecomment-813662642.
Background Information
We've been using a Google Form+Sheet+Script, and have reached its functional limitations. Taking a lot of work to implement basic things/changes.
