Eagle Horizon 2024 (EH24) Continuity Exercise

Eagle Horizon is an annual exercise for all Federal Executive Branch D/As and the White House, coordinated by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) through the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s (FEMA) Office of National Continuity Programs (ONCP). This annual continuity exercise is mandated by PPD-40, “National Continuity Policy” and Federal Continuity Directive - 1 (FCD-1).

7/15/24: @MichaelSides @mtaylor-gsa and LaKeisha held a meeting to discuss game plan and coverage for the exercise. Mike is covering Day 1/July 23rd. Open slack channel with LaKeisha and Matthew throughout the entire day will allow for enhanced collaboration and answers to questions. Matthew/LaKeisha will cover Day 2/July 24th, if needed. No invite for Tech Ops on Day 2 right now.

Day 1 Exercise (7/23/24):

LaKeisha, Matthew and Mike attended. Tech Ops facilitated communications on various injects to TTS system POC's. No lingering action items/tasks remain.

Day 2 Exercise (7/24/24):

LaKeisha, Matthew and Mike were all "Out of Play" due to the scope of the exercise.

Need to validate TTS Tech Ops Essential Personnel for DNS and Cloud Mgmt (was John in the past, potentially John and Mike moving forward)
