Vote.gov DNS assistance for 7/30 Relaunch #1733

Purpose: vote.gov Production Domain Cutover

During this time, we will be changing DNS for the production vote.gov and www.vote.gov domains from the existing Pages site to the cloud.gov S3 hosted static site. As a part of this process, some downtime is expected but we hope to keep downtime to a minimum.

Required participants are necessary to make the launch day a success. Optional participants are added for awareness and do not need to attend. If any required participants are not able to attend, we will reschedule.

Relaunch successful.

https://github.com/18f/dns redirect module was used for www.vote.gov to create a A/AAAA redirect to cloudfront. Those were deleted and we help merge the updates. All live checks passed - new launch completed
