We have sent them emails throughout the year to keep this document up-to-date but it does not look like anything happened. We can use the latest Eagle Horizon Roster to update Appendix A. Please compare this document to the 2023 MS Word version for differences. In addition, please reach out to each Program Lead so they can confirm their data is still correct. Specific Updates

USWDS:

1. As of August 2023, USWDS code powers 462 websites, 94 agencies and 28 percent of executive branch domains

This line can get a minor update:

As of May 2024, USWDS code powers 476 websites, 94 agencies and 28 percent of executive branch pageviews.

2. FYI/FYSA. Per USWDS POC: I think the Website Standards are on track to update in Oct/Nov 2024, so in just a couple months. When they change, the specific USWDS usage requirements will change

Search.gov:

1. No changes needed. Dawn is still on detail and primary per Jim Kreft.

Cloud:

1. Appendix A: Put Kelsey Foley, Drew Bollinger, Ben Berry as Primary.
2. Replace Melanie with Nicole Wilson.
3. No other updates

Login:

1. Table 3: remove design.login.gov, as it is simply a redirect to login.gov
2. Table 3: storage locations to potentially include Github/GitLab for docs (as well as source code)

9/6/24: Sent the following to LaKeisha, still waiting on edit access to the Playbook:

BLUF: I've collected the updates from all TTS MEF systems identified, however I cannot edit the Playbook (nor see any comments). I've requested edit access a few times throughout the week, and sent a gchat over to John Park this morning.

Updates and comments:

USWDS:

3. As I understand it, our supporting MEF's are primarily DNS and Cloud Management. While not specifically called out as supporting services, should we also add John into the POC list, as he helps support both? Would like to get your thoughts on this one as it is something that John and I have been discussing independent of this task (i.e. the need for some internal Tech Ops MEF support designations/SOP's/TTP's/etc.).
