We need to come up a recommended Project Management Strategy at our level to present up to leadership. This involves:

[ ] Defining our Project Management requirements
[ ] Identifying our challenges/constraints
[ ] Evaluating current preferred tools (Airtable and Github)
[ ] Listing pros and cons
[ ] Formulating a recommendation for leadership

10/28/24:

@mtaylor-gsa and @MichaelSides met with LaKeisha and outlined overall plan. LaKeisha is looking into sharing how leadership has built out their Airtable spaces and will be providing guidance to move forward.

@JJediny has initiated a one time pull from the Trello GSA Pages status page into Airtable for testing/review.
