Multiple IaaS (GCP/Azure) BPA

[x] Kickoff Meeting on 10/23
[x] Receive requirements questionnaire from vendor
[x] Review requirements questionnaires and disseminate to all stakeholders
[x] Meet with CO on 11/1 and plan for intake/PR packages
[x] Coordinate with stakeholders on their PR packages and intake forms
[x] Provide all necessary information to allow for new orders to be cut 12/1

Coordinated with Finance and Tech Ops Division Chief on funding stream. Submitted intake form and consolidated PR. Gained access to ASSIST. Nothing further required and/or requested from the CO at this time. CO anticipates order being cut before Nov 30th/current expiration.
