Address layout on newsletter.md #213

Rendering of the newsletter page is cramped/squished - example https://federalist-a2423046-fe43-4e75-a2ef-2651e5e123ca.sites.pages.cloud.gov/preview/gsa-tts/tts.gsa.gov/debjudy-info-session-yml/join/newsletter/

whereas on the JoinTTS site is is not cramped/squished - https://join.tts.gsa.gov/newsletter/

Looking to have more expected layout on the new site.
